You retain all rights to the content you upload to AdsVision.ai. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and transform that content for the purpose of generating ad creatives.
4. Generated Content
Content generated by AdsVision.ai is licensed to you for commercial use. You may use generated creatives for advertising purposes across all platforms.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use AdsVision.ai to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
